The Royal Mail provides a selection of "permanent" postmarks designed for philatelic and tourist mailings. These are available via the relevant Special Handstamp Centre (SHC) and customers can request a specific (future) date - including public holiday's and Sunday's for their mail. The two tables below show the "permanent" postmarks that are currently in use.
