Spring Stampex 2012

The Spring 2012 Stampex show / fair was held, as has become the norm at the Business Design Centre, Islington from Wednesday 22nd February to Saturday 25th February 2012 (inclusive).
The Royal Mail released 2 new stamp issues during the show:
Thursday 23rd February: Britons of Distinction
Friday 24th February: Post & Go Farm Animals I - Sheep
There was also a "Diamond Jubilee 1952-2012" overprint Post & Go Machin available EXCLUSIVELY at the show (see image below.)
Postmarks
As well as a "Spring Stampex" postmark for each day of the show, a further 2 "Stampex" postmarks were produced for the Britons of Distinction and Post & Go Farm Animals I: Sheep - first day of issue.
They are all illustrated below and can also be found on our Postmarks page and the Britons of Distinction and Post & Go sections of our shop.

Badger Covers
For this show we have produced...
'Titanic' generic sheet - a very limited number of 5 covers, double dated, featuring stamps and labels from the "Titanic" generic sheet produced for the show and relevant Stampex postmarks.
'Diamond Jubile 1952 - 2012' overprint on Machin Post & Go stamp exclusively available at the show - a total of 12 covers - 4 each of 3 handstamps, from both the available machines at the show each having 6 different stamp values.
Post & Go Seabirds that were originally released for the Autumn Stampex 2011 were also available at the Spring Stampex 2012 and we have also produced a very limited number of covers. Please note that these have a different location code and machine number to the 2011 Autumn Stampex issue.
